I've finally managed to get a picture on here of me, starting my charity run!
The angle of the ship against the horizon gives you an idea of how much the ship was moving around.

Dave Hamlyn has decided to run from Richmond in Surrey to Richmond in North Yorkshire and back but not using roads; using the upperdeck of his ship whilst deployed to the Gulf. All this in aid of HMS Richmond's charity; Help for heroes.
